Solvent Extraction Porcess
1. After pressed or pre-pressed , we get the cake , the cake has about 7% or 12-13% oil residual . In order to make the oil in the cake less than 1% , we need to process solvent extraction.
2. And Firstly, we need to send the cake to the solvent extractor by the scraper conveyor, then leach them about 90-120 minutes , keep the temperature 70-80 degree . Then we can get the two parts by this process:
2.1 One is wet meal . The meal contains the moisture and solvent . Then we need to desolventizing this . Keep the solvent at 500ppm in the cake ,and moisture is 12.8-13.2 %.
2.2 Second part is miscella. Then the miscella has much solvent and impurities. We also need to wipe off the solvent and impurities. Then we can get the second grade oil .
2.3 Third part is solvent recycle . After we make the solvent change vapor , Then by the condenser,we recycle use the solvent oil . It can save our cost .
The liquid from the extractor is the miscella containing grease and oil, which can be separated out according their different vaporization temperatures. Our company mainly uses vacuum evaporation technology, and it can reduce solvent leakage and consumption. The separated solvent vapour is cooled and recycled back to the extractor for reuse, which can improve the solvent efficiency.
Solvent condensation system combines with evaporation system closely, and evaporative condenser and steam stripping condenser all work under negative pressure. Non-condensable gas enters the energy saver from the shell of the first evaporator. In energy saver, non-condensable gas exchanges heat with condensate from the evaporative condenser. Finally, the condensate temperature discharged from energy saver is increased, and the solvent separated from water goes to solvent holding tank.
Tail gas first enters paraffin absorption tower, and then comes the counter-current absorption of paraffin and tail gas, which can reach the ideal state when the stainless steel packing has large surface area. The solvent content in discharged liquid paraffin (called rich oil) is not more than 5%, so as to ensure the maximum absorption rate.
The paraffin rich oil is pumped into the heat exchanger to exchange heat with paraffin lean oil, and then goes to paraffin heater, and finally enters paraffin analysis tower.
1) The material is divided into several independent units on the material bed, which can effectively prevent miscella at all levels from fleeing hither and thither on the material layer and ensure the concentration gradient between several sprays.
2) Immersion area appears in each lattice, which can help achieve better immersion effect.
3) The chain box is supported by track and can prolong the service life of screen deck by not touching it.
4) The towline extractor is driven by world leading double-shaft hydraulic motor, with balance force, reliable operation and less maintenance cost.
5) Specialty suitable for the extraction of high oil and high power materials, and better immersion effect can be expected for ordinary oil plants.
The Buyer will transfers the payment for the Equipment and Technical Service into the Seller’s account as follows:
* The sum equal to 30% of the total amount of the Contract must be transferred by the buyer to the Seller’s account directly within Five (5) bank working days from the date when the Contract has been both signed as down payment.
* The sum equal to 70% of the total amount of the Contract will be transferred by the buyer to the Seller’s account directly after checking and accepting the finished equipment in the seller's factory at five(5) bank working days, we can also accept the rest 70% payment by L/C at sight .

Warranty Period
1. The equipment guarantee period is one year, During guarantee period ,The seller will provide maintenance free service.(Except the breakdown and destroy caused by person and force majeure)
2. After receiving the informing of repairing ,The technical person of sell party will solve by phone and email ,if it is need and the seller will send technical person to solve the problem on the spot.
3. During the quality guarantee period ,if it is the quality issues (except easily damaged parts),The cost for maintenance and replace will be borne by sellers.
4. During guarantee period, The seller will provide service of with compensation as follows:
(4.1)The damage caused by person and force majeure;
(4.2)The damage caused by improper operating;
(4.3)The damage caused by reforming, decomposing assembling.
5. Paid service will be provided for the long term after guarantee period ;
6. Free service will be provided for the long term after guarantee period.
