I. Pre-treatment process:
The oil material pretreatment process includes the cleaning section,breaking section,flaking section,softening section and oil pressing section.
1. Create a good product environment.
2. Minimize the total fat loss ,increase oil yield and output and improve the quality of oil and cake
meal.
3. Comprehensively utilize impurities and offal.
4. Perfectly match extraction production line ,design different production processing according to
different raw materials.
2. Solvent extraction process:
The raw material is conveyed to extractor hopper through feeding scraper, then enter into extractor through auger,after solvent spray,soak extract and drain off,fresh solvent spray and washing again(solvent and raw material flow reverse.In final,the extraction meal after eventually drain fall into the wet meal scraper conveyor ,then transported to the DTDC desolventizer through auger.The meal after desolventizing is conveyed into the meal storeroom through auger and scraper; strong mixing oil after removing impurities by cyclone hydraulic separator,enter into mixed oil tank sedimentation to remove impurities again,then start the first-evaporator.
Desolventizer (DTDC)according to SCHAMERHER theory,through pre desolventizing,mixed desolventizing ,desolventizing,drying and cooling 5 sections which are filled with a lot of direct and indirect steam,get rid of solvent, through access to a lot of heat,cold air make meal’s moisture and temperature meet the need of storage,hydrolysis of urea enzyme to fulfill the requirements of good forage.
The mixed oil which is purificator,after the flow measurement,first start the first-evaporation,the heat source of first evaporation is comes from DTDC Desolventizer’s second steam and negative pressure condenser jet pump’s residual steam. The solvent is desloventizered by first-evaporation enter into vacuum condenser through separator.
Adopting negative pressure desolventizer can reduce mixed oil’s boiling point,improve the utilization rate of heat.The concentration of mixed oil after first-evaporation can achieve 70%,mixed oil flow by itself from first-evaporation to second-evaporation.
Second-evaporation use indirect steam to heat,the steam consumption of Second-evaporation is very low.the concentration of mixed oil can up to 95%.The mixed oil enter into stripper through pump,mixed oil is slowly fall down from the top of stripper to inside,at the same time inject direct steam from the bottom of stripper,get rid of the residual solvent,at the top of stripper,the mixed steam connect with vacuum condenser,this condenser is connect with inject pump,to make sure that the stripper is operated under negative pressure,at the bottom of stripper install liquid controller,make sure liquid seal and oil flow is stability.
3. Crude oil refining process:
Refining pot: also named Dephosphorization and deacidification tank,under 60-70℃,it occurs acid-base neutralization reaction with sodium hydroxide ,After stirring by reduction box,it can decrease the acid value in oil and separate the impurity ,phospholipid which will enter into soap stock..The oil can be refined further.
Bleaching pot:Also named bleaching, dewatering pot,it removes water from oil by vacuum.The bleaching earth is breathed into bleaching pot ,after stirring,filtrated by filter and change the color of the oil.
Vertical blade filter machine: Equipped with vertical leaf filter to remove used bentonite from the oil, operating conveniently and continuously, low laboring tense, keeps environment well, keeps oil residence in deposable bleaching earth in low level.
Continuous and combined deodorization tower (stainless steel):
The qualified decolored oil enters into the spiral plate heat exchanger to recover most of the heat, and next goes to high pressure steam heat exchanger to be heated to the process temperature (240-260℃) and then enters the deodorization tower. The upper layer of combined deodorization tower is the packing structure which is mainly used to remove the odor producing components such as free fatty acid (FFA); the bottom layer is the plate tower which is mainly for achieving the hot decoloring effect and reducing the peroxide value of the oil to zero. Oil from the deodorization tower enters into the heat exchanger to recover most of the heat and makes further heat exchange with crude oil, and then is cooled to 80-85℃ through the cooler. Add the required antioxidant and flavor agent, and then cool the oil below 50℃ and store it. Such volatiles as FFA from the deodorizing system are separated by the packing catcher, and the separated liquid is FFA at low temperature (60-75℃). When the liquid level in the temporary tank is too high, the oil will be sent to the FFA storage tank.
