We have currently designed the self-shunt vacuum distillation plant as waste engine oil distillation device. The self-shunt vacuum distillation plant employs the tube furnace heating system as heating method for continuous distillation process, conducting the distillation process under negative pressure condition. Due to the massive moisture contained in the waste oil, dehydration must carry out before distillation.
The characteristics of project process:
1. The project technicalapproach is novel, rational process route, significanteconomic and ecological efficiency,saving productioncostsgreatly,it alsosavesequipment investment, broadening the operatingflexibilitywhich is leading the great convenience toproduction operations.
2. Raw materials andproducts are heated continuously in order to achieve a continuousrecycling ofenergy.
3. To avoid secondary pollution, the effluent gas desulfurises in the counter flow wet dust removal column then discharge afterwards.
Process procedure:
First, cold materials (engine oil) are pre-heated with gas-phase component by heat exchange in the top of tower.
Second, the pre-heated materials enter the falling film evaporator where in order to dehydration will be carried out by using effluent gases as secondary flue.
Third, by achieving required process temperature, the engine oil goes through tube furnace for reheating then process the distillation in the distillation column.
While controllingreflux ratio, the over-headed gas phase component which met the raw materials after heat exchange, enters into the light component receiving tank after condensation, the heavy component falls into the heavy component receiving tank after condensation. The residue infiltrates into bottom of column and the non-condensable gasthroughthe watersealing eventually back to tube furnace as fuel.
