Introduction of the grain screw conveyor

XL series grain screw conveyor

1. Composed of the high pressure blower, air flow control valve, separator tube, air locker, connecting pipe, suction nozzle and conveying pipelines and other components.

2. Working principle:

Negative pressure air stream generated by the high pressure blower though the suction nozzle,suctioning the materials into the hose tube, then materials through the separation tube, air and material separated, material fell off into the air locker downward, then materials will be conveyed to the required place by positive pressure air flow.

3. The air separated will go into the blower through the separator tube (XL-20 and XL-30 through the dust collector).

Advantages of MANDA XL grain screw conveyor

You can use it at the flowing 3 status:

1st: suction in and pressure conveying out,

2nd: just suck in.

3rd: just pressure conveying out.

The first type of grain screw conveyor usually use air stream carrying materials through the pipe into the machine then send them to the warehouse trucks and other transportation terminal via a separator.
