High-efficient operation conditions for the spiral oil press:

Temperature: 91℃~93℃;

Low oil yield if temperature<91℃, moisture>4%;

Color of oil is dark with coke cake in, low oil yield when temperature>93℃,moisture<3%;

Grains filtered are within 10% of the fresh material

Process of later pressing:

The oil from the spiral oil press will be transferred to the screen and settling tank, some grains will be separated out;

The grains will be re-processed together with the material;

Each ton upper oil need to mix with 10kg argil;

Boiled oil will be produced after the colation, the dregs will be further processed and sent to the feed mills.
