1.Oil material pretreatment process
The oil material pretreatment process includes the cleaning section,breaking section,flaking
section ,softening section and oil pressing section.
1.1. Create a good product environment.
1.2. Minimize the total fat loss ,increase oil yield and output and improve the quality of oil and
cake meal.
1.3. Comprehensively utilize impurities and offal.
1.4. Perfectly match extraction production line ,design different .
2.Solvent extraction process
2.1.Solvent pumps: continuously spray solvent to the rotary-type extractor
2.2.Roary extractor: Spray and soak the prepressed cake with solvent so that oil fats can be dissolved in solvent(form miscella). After processing, you can get wet meal and miscella (mixed oil).
2.3.DTDC: usd to separate the solvent from the wet meal.
2.4.Miscella tank 1st: pump the miscella (oil with solvent) in to the miscella 1st , and then add 10% saline water to it. The phospholipid and impurities in the miscella will react with the saline wter, at last the reactant precipitate, reaching the goal of purifying.
2.5.Miscella tank 2nd: the purified miscella will be pumped into it.
2.6.Miscella stripping: it will remove the remaining solvent in miscella. And the solvent will be discharged to condenser for recycling.
2.7.condensers: used to cooling the solvent gas separated from the wet meal and miscella for recycling.

3. Refining process of soybean
1. Continuous alkali refining shortens contact time between oil and lye ,reduces grease saponification ,lowers refining consumption ,and improve efficiency.
2. Decolorization adopts the technology of combining premixing and steam mixing bleaching , which
improves the efficiency ,saves the consumption of bleaching clay , and it is simple and convenient to
operate ,and negative pressure state avoids oxygen in the air from contacting with hot oil , thereby
ensuring oil product quality ,inhibiting acid value to rise again and lowering peroxide value.
3. Deodorization adopts new type continuous deodorization equipments which is applicable for plant
oil deacidification and deodorization of high acid value and low resin content , the actual production
proves its most obvious advantages are strong deacidification ability, excellent hot bleaching effect,
high refining rate ,steam economization ,good oil quality and the like.
4. The process has multiple heat exchange, which makes full use of heat energy system, effectively
reduces steam consumption, and also has the advantages of adjustable production process.
