With special structure, the stirring head of dispersion and uniform dislectric ensures the rotar of operating head to has high rotary linear and high-frequency mechanical effects to let the tested material be sheared and dispersed under the strong centrifugal force by the rotor and stator and let the tested material in the condition of being sheared. Torn and mixed in thousands of thousands times per minute to achieve shearing dispersion, and uniform dislectric effects.
