1. Raw material: waste PE PP film, agriculture film

2. Capactiy: 300kg/h, 500kg/h, 1000kg/h.

* New crusher( with remove label function), low power consumption, big capacity.

* High speed friction washer: This machine with three fuctions(sewage water dewatering, clean water friction washer, friction dewatering),rotating speed is 1000rpm.

* New rinsing washing tank

The new washing tank is deeper than old model, double ogival base design, it is easy for sewage draining. It make film more clean.

* Film squeezing dryer

The final moisture content is around 3-5%. Low power consumption, high efficiency. According to raw material different, the device will be different.

* Guarantee period: 13 months since date of bill of lading.

During this guarantee period, Lianda will provide spare parts for free in case of quality discrepancy caused by us. If the malfunctions are caused by buyer’s incorrect operations, we will provide the buyer spare parts at cost price.

* If machine has the quality problem, Lianda will solve the problem what the buyer face about the machine in 12 hours.
