A.Product Introduction
This warmer cart adopts the heated air convection system. It can heat up the food through the
hot air produced by the fan drive. This kind of heating-up system is characterized with fast
heating-up and even temperature. A water bowel is placed underneath the appliance, keeping
the food at certain humidity level through natural vaporization. Also this appliance is
furnished with a thermostat and a thermometer. So an even temperature can be maintained and
monitored at any time. This appliance is equipped with a mobile carriage. The food can be put
in the warmer directly, saving much time and avoiding the loss of heat. It can be installed in
the shopping malls, super markets or other food-servicing locations. The food can be prepared
in advance to relief the pressure during the rush hours.
B. Safety precaution
1. This appliance should be placed on an even location. A clearance of 10cm should be
maintained from the non-combustible materials on the right and left sides. A suitable
switch, fuse protector or a current leakage protector should be furnished near the
appliance. These parts should be kept clear of all useless stuff and can be easily
accessible;
2. All the operators should abide by the local electricity standards. Verify the local available
current. It should be in conformity to the rating voltage on the rating plate and make sure
that the appliance is grounded safely;
3. The operation of this appliance should be performed when the safety of the appliance is
ensured. If anything wrong with this appliance occurs, stop using this appliance. Call a
qualified technician for immediate repair.
4. This appliance should be probably installed and adjusted before it is put into practice. After
a careful inspection and nothing wrong is found with this appliance, it can be used safely by
operators;
5. Check the circuit and the cabinet. The installer should be responsible for the installation of
this appliance. Cut the power off and let the warmer cool down completely before
dismantling this appliance.
6. Dry heating without water is forbidden. Any damage due to this does not count in the
warranty terms.
7. At the rear part of this machine, there is a temperature limiter. When the water level is below
heating elements, the temperature limiter would take a snap action to protect the wire and
heating element. Operator should add more water, then re-set the temperature limiter.
C. Installation
1. Electrical parts connection
1).The voltage is 220V/50HZ. It should be grounded safely.
2).The air switch for the grounding wire should be above 25A.
3).Connect the appliance to the suitable live and neutral wire.
D. Operation
1. “A” Thermometer,indicating the inside temperature;
2. “B” Thermostat, controlling the inside temperature;
3. “C” Working indicator; indicating the working state of heating elements;
4. “D” Switch, the power supply for the warmer.
1. Fill water inside and make sure water is higher than heating element. Connect the power,
turn the power on, then set the thermostat at the desired temperature. When it reaches the
desired temperature, the heating element will stop working;
2. When an even desired temperature is reached, put the food on the pan shelf or food pan.
Close the door well.
3. Check inside water level periodically, usually every 2 hours. Please make sure water level
is higher than heating element.
4. When water level is lower than heating element, the temperature limiter would take a snap
action to protect the whole circuit diagram. Please fill in water before resetting the
temperature limiter.
E. Transportation & storage:
In the process of transportation, the appliance should be handled carefully, preventing the
intense shaking. The packaged appliance should be stored in a well-ventilated area free of
caustic air. It cannot be placed in the outside area and should never be put upside down. If it is
for temporary storage, the weather-proof method should be taken.
F. Cleaning & maintenance:
1. Before cleaning, the power supply should be cut off to prevent accident happening.
2. Clean it daily. Pull out the carriage. Use noncorrosive detergents to clean the carriage,
then wash it with clean water.
3. Clean the inside area of the cabinet thoroughly. Pull out the pan shelf or food pan, and then
take out the baffle shelves. Use the noncorrosive detergents to clean the inside area, then
wash it with clean water. Clean the chamber. Do not destroy fan blades and heating
elements. After finishing cleaning, furnish each part well. Close the door well. Turn the
power on. Then adjust the thermostat to low temperature to dry the inside.
