1. Product Description of crusher mill 

First kind: 

Lantian series crusher mill can crush different raw materials, such as charcoal, hardwood, softwood, branch, chips, coconut shell, bamboo, sawdust, etc. If charcoal, the finished powder can be 80mesh-3mm; If sawdust, the finished powder can be 1mm-3mm, just change into different screen mesh, you can get different finenese for different using. 

The finished charcoal powder can be made into shisha charcoal, barbecue chacoal, and others. 

The finished sawdust powder can be made into pellet, wood briquettes, etc. 

In wood sawdust crusher, there are 24 pieces blades(hammer), very durable, we will provide extra blades when delivery this crusher.

Second kind: 

This kind crusher is suitable for small capacity, if your capacity is not so large, you can choose this type.

Third kind: 

This kind crusher can crush wood into small pieces or sawdust. 

Every crusher we have different types, as long as you tell me your capacity demand, we will

suggest suitable type to you. 

2. Features of crusher mill 

(1) This crusher mill has dust collect system to avoid dust pollution when working. 

(2) This crusher has storage hopper, when charcoal fractions be crushed, it will be storage in the

hopper.

(3) This crusher mill has automatic selection system, the qualified powder will come

to the hopper, at the  same time, unqualified charcoal will be sent back to the crushing part.

(4) All machines are manufactured by ourselves, so if you need spare parts in near future, we

can provide you at any time. 

 3. Packaging and shipping of crusher mill 

If a single crusher mill, we will deliver it to you via LCL(less than container load), wrap with plastic first, then load in the free fumigation wooden case with steel frame, very strong when shipping. 

If multiple machines or the whole production line, we will deliver it to you via 20GP container, 40GP container, etc.
