 ♣    Performance characters of through conduit gate valves 

1. Designed to meet API 6D specification. Valves are served in pipeline, oilfield, station, airport, refinery and chemical industry.
2. Full thru-conduit port for pigging, wiping and scraping. Seats and gate surface self cleaning and self lubricating
3. The valves could be suitable in the condition of high content of sulfide(the content of H2S +CO2 is above 500mg/m3)
4. Single gate and double floating seats in structure. Double block and bleed option to facilitate complete flushing draining and venting of the valve body cavity.
5. The sealing face built up Stellite, and both gate and seats are applied ENP process. Equipped aviation rubber (NBR or Viton) on the seats and stem, and filled sealant compound. There are triplicate seal managements,
6. The valves can be installed in any direction.
7. Tested strictly, no leakage.
8. Equipped bearings when Equipped handwheel as operating manner. They are more convenient and less torque for opening and closing.
