Technics brief introduction:
1. Preliminary cleaning:
Sifting, measuring; equipped with a set of dedusting wind net, guanranteeing fine work environment;(The section according to customers' requirements)
2. Raw grain cleaning:
Sifting, destongings, magnetic separation; equipped with two or three sets of dedusting ventilation net, be sure finishing production craft requirement and dedusting effect;
3. Hulling, polishing, milling:
Dehusking, polishing, millings, siftings.
(1). Dehusking: to remove the dust on the corn surface and cracked corns' seed coats;
(2). Polishing: to wipe out endosperm surface skin and corn germ;
(3). Milling: to mill corn material into qualified fitness powder;
(4). Sifting: to grade acording to the size of material particles.
