Brief introduction
This production line is employed for the hulling, gritting and milling of maize. After the
hulling treatment of the product, the net kernels were sent to the gritting and milling
chamber. Then through the process of crushing and grinding, high quality grits and flour
were produced.

The process of maize milling production line
1.Grain storage ( silo or warehouse)
2.Cleaning part ( sifter, destoner, separator, magnet, scourer, etc)
1). Raw corn primary cleaning: one sift, one metering ; equipped with one set of dust catching air net to ensure having a good work environment. (According to customer’s requirement to choose it or not.)
2). Raw corn cleaning: one sifting, two destoning, one magnetic separating; equipped with two or three sets of dust collecting wind net, ensuring to finish production craft and dust catching.
3. Hulling, polishing, grits and flour making section, one hulling, two polishing, one grinding for grits, classification of skin absorption and many times milling and sifting.
1) Hulling: clean out dust one the surface of corn and skin of crushed corn.
2) Polishing: remove the micro skin on the surface of embryo and germ of the corn;
3) Milling: grind the integrity into pieces and mill the corn into qualified fineness flour
4) Sifting: classify the products according to different sizes and select the qualified powder
4.Metering and packing part
The packing part can be manual one also can be auto one, this can be designed according to
requirement and machine capacity.
