What is the working principle of maize degerminator and maize meal making machine?

This set of maize milling equipment uses high efficiency vibrating screens , destone machine and magnetic separation machine to get rid off the small size, medium and metal impurities, such as dust, stone,iron impurity and etc. Then the raw material will be hulled and polished by hulling and polishing machines. Thirdly, the material will be crushed integrity  by electric or pneumatic mills. Lastly, the flour and germs will be graded to maize flour, germ and brans with special sieves and be packaged automatically or manually. The packaging step could design according to customers’requirement.
