PET Recycling line is mainly for PET materials' washing and cleaning. PVC and some other plastics are also can be washed by this PET Recycling line. The whole line is fully automatic and it has characteristics of high efficiency, low noise and easy operation. It adopts hot water washing to get good quality. Various output capacities can be chosen: 500-600kg/h, 1000kg/h, 1500kg/h and 2000kg/h.

Pet recycling line introduction

Pet bottle recycling line is researched, design and manufactured for recycled waste pet bottles, such as the mineral water bottles, oil bottles, etc.

The clean flakes can be used to produce the polyester staple fiber, PET strap band, granules, PET transparent film and sheets, etc. The top class flakes can be used to blow bottles again.

Based on different capacity from 300kg/h~3000kg/h, we have different levels of configuration for different markets.

The working process as belt conveyer → label remover → crusher → friction washer → float washer → hot washer → friction washer → float washer → dewatered machine → silo.

We use Wooden case package, wooden pallet, PE plastic film package etc, which is safe and not easy to destroy. . shipping is by train, by railway, by air. Lading port is Shanghai port and so on. Pictures of cargo loading will be sent to every client to check and
