Q:  Are you a trader or a manufacturer?        

A:  We are manufacturers, but also vendors,  We have our own producing department and sales 

department all in one. Our products not only have good sales domestically but also with good

reputation in overseas market. 

Q.Are you responsible for installation and commissioning?

 A:Yes,we will. All customers who buy our package of equipment, we are responsible for installation and commissioning, no matter where you are.

Q:  Do you have any technical supports?

 A: We have a magnificent research term and development term for new project and a professional technicist term for 

installating and debugging.

Q: Are you have competitive price in the world market?

 A: We account our cost accurately to make sure quality higher than price.

Q: How do you ensure us quality? 

 A: We have a quality supervision department who are reponsible for tracking and monitoring for whole production processQ. 

We will running every machine after finished before shipment. Optional choose by client running the machinery by material.

Packaging and Shipping

We use Wooden case package, wooden pallet, PE plastic film package etc, which is safe and not easy to destroy. . shipping is by train, by railway, by air. Lading port is Shanghai port and so on. Pictures of cargo loading will be sent to every client to check and 

keep recording.

 After-sales service

1.We provide one-year warranty guarantee for all the machines.  We supply long term spare parts for every customer and 24 hours technical suport by email, calling and door to door service;  

2.We run machines in our factory before delivery. Clients check machines running in our factory, and  when machines arrive in Client’s factory, we will send our engineer to run machines in client’s factory too.  

3. we provide service manual and maintenance instruction of main electric appliance,usage manual of equipment. 4.We also supply installation drawing of water, electricity, gas of equipment.

Our  Engineers went to Vietnam to installation and commissioning  for our customers.
