Product process
In this process, glass is laid in open moulds and wetted out with resin. The mould is then heated to cure the part into its final form. This hand manufacturing process produces parts that are generally 25% to 35% fibreglass and 65% to 75% resin(by weight). As a result, this process process produces the most corrosion resistant products which are often specified i very corrosive applications.
