GM2000 Concrete mixer features:
1. The foam blending fast, blowing foam uniformly.
2. Without suspended matter, without the declining, it’s good for steady pouring.
3. Little loss ratio of foam maintain the foam proportion in the foam concrete to make the products with stability density.
4. No dead angle design, mixing the material toughly, storage in its bottom is less than 10mm, no material left on the four walls internal the mixing drum.
5. It could mixing variable materials, such as cement, fly ash, sand pulp, sand stone, perlite, and slag etc.

Question 1: What is CLC?
CLC is cellular lightweight concrete. It is produced by initially making slurry of Cement, Sand (optional), Fly-Ash & Water, which is further mixed with the foam agent.
Its many uses for making blocks/bricks, wall cast in-situ, roof insulation, void filling, trench reinstatement, bridge abutment work, and many others. For more application, please see application
Question 2: What are the raw material?
For making CLC bricks/blocks, the material mainly is cement, fly-ash/sand, foam agent, water etc.
Question 3: For cutting blocks, saw blade cutting machine or wire cutting machine is better?
If use blade cutting machine:
a. Longer cutting time after pouring concrete
b. Need 2 machines for cutting in 2 directions
c. High blade consumption, especially if the sand in CLC is course or density is high
But if use our GW 30B wire cutting machine, it will solves the above problems.
