The moulds, gears and shafts have heat treatments of quenching, boronizing, carburing and so on in order to ensure the quality of block machine.

3. Quick speed: The male and female mould inserts and pulls out quickly with high-powered hydraulic pump. Meanwhile, all the processes like feeding concrete into female mould and preparing concrete are finished at the same time.

5. Easy Operation: The main machine is operated by one person, and other processes will be completed automatically by electronics. Because the pressure of vibration is high, the materials needs less water. So the machine still can work under low temperature.

6. Quick Stacking: The brick made by this machine is high density. The wet bricks could be stacked if raw materials is good. So you can save pallets and land.
