1. The users can choose different forming moulds according to the drawing of steel wire constructional element, and choose corresponding molding station, adjust the molding station according to the forming time . At last finish the technical process from steel wire straightening, cutting off, and forming. 2. The conveying mechanism of the machine is servo motor feeding. And we using man-machine interface touch screen to set the feed length, processing number, action sequence of each station, and other relevant technical parameters. The five stations forming are all hydraulic molding. The finished workpieces are pushed-out by hydraulic ejector.
