1.Polycrystalline is a kind of synthetic material which combines the advantages of perfect surface finish, minimum friction and high wear resistance. Drawing dies made of polycrystalline nibs will give good roundness of the wire drawn. And you can draw more kilograms of wire before you need to re-cut the die because the wear on the die is even and predictable, you know exactly when the die needs to be re-cut, minimizing costly scrap and maximizing product quality.
