I Usage
This equipment is mainly used for herbal medicine, animal medicine, herbal extract and alcohol extract atmospheric water, and to recover solvent and extraction of aromatic oil. Entire tank straight extractor using straight forms, commonly used for the extraction of tank structure, easy slag, slag door but limited size, the higher the tank factory plant height of Health requirements. III Efficient extraction
1. Downstream forced circulation with a pump located at the bottom of export out of the tank liquid from the tank at the top of the shed so that active ingredients in herbs extract.
2. Counter-current forced circulation, located in the middle of the tank exports, pumping into the lid from the bottom up to promote formation of pressure-type, both cycle effects, but also a better tank loose herbs, efficiency greatly increased.
3. Dynamic extraction is added at the top of a tank at the end of deceleration stirrer, boiling herbs in the tank, the middle of mixing.
Extraction process using these three methods has a short time, speed, the advantages of high liquid content. When the extraction of aromatic oil, through the secondary steam condensate, cooling, oil and water into the oil-water separator, the separator top discharge light oil, heavy oil in the lower part of the discharge, discharge or overflow of water through the back. Need to vacuum out the end of boiling liquid, it will not only shorten the time of the liquid, but more important is to bring effective slag residue exhausted, to avoid waste.

IV Notes
1. With the pressure in the operation or not residual pressure within the pressure relief device before charging port handle playing strictly prohibited. When you close the feeding port, the pins must hook into the slot. Plus liquid feeding tank to check out the slag door is locked Insurance Insurance cylinder is the next state.
2.Pneumatic components are finished extracting tank (open, closed slag door), the operator should promptly close the main valve inlet to prevent high pressure air tank to make long-term effect of fatigue deformation.
3.Alcohol extraction, plant design to meet explosion-proof standards, the workshop to the absolute prohibition of smoking and other fire exists. When operating out of the alcohol to be used for vacuum operation, or by the condenser, cooler into the cooling tank, water pump forced circulation can not be used.
4.The use of steam into the jacket open when the steam valve opened slowly, the pressure can not use more than 0.2MPa, the installation must be equipped with pressure relief valve, safety valve, pressure gauge.
