high pressure homogenizer machine

GJJ type laboratory high pressure homogenizer is homogeneous and emulsification equipment used to liquid material (liquid-liquid phase or liquid-solid phase) which viscosity is lower than 0.2 Pa. S and temperature is below 80 °C. Through the three piston reciprocating pump, this equipment sends material to homogeneous valve by high pressure form, making the material being homogenized and emulsified by the complex function of turbulence and shear when it through the tiny gap between the valve plate and valve seat.

Structure

The stator works in concert with rotor, the working head (the stator and rotor forging manufacturing) is claw type structure, double suction and the shear efficiency is high.

Intermittent high shear scattered homogenizer is a high-speed rotor rotation, forming high frequency and strong circumferential tangent speed, angular speed and other integrated kinetic energy efficiency. Under the role of the stator, the reasonable narrow gap between stator and rotor forms strong, reciprocating hydraulic shear, friction, centrifugal extrusion, flow collision and other comprehensive effect.
