Specification

1 For installation in fire rated vertical wall or horizontal ceiling.

2 Fire rating: 1-1/2 hour B label for walls (maximum temperature rise after 30 minutes 250°F/139°C, after 60 minutes 450°F/250°C), and Warnock Hersey label for ceilings 1 hour combustible rating and 3 hour non-combustible rating.

3 Material: 16 gauge (1.52mm) steel frame and 20 gauge(0.912mm) satin coated steel door panel

4 Insulation: 2cm thick fire rated mineral wool

5 Hinge: flush continuous piano hinge

6 Lock: self-latching flush key or ring knurled knob operated slam latch, with automatic closer and interior latch release mechanism.

7 Interior panel release and automatic panel closer are standard on all doors

8 Finish: high quality grey powder coating.

9 Packing:1 piece per box.

Usually, we show our machining work by displaying pictures of parts in the website, but we promise not to sell to others.

If customer don't like to show their products on our website, we will promise his requriement.

Sure, offering samples to copy, it is no problem.

5. Do you provide modifications service or drawing CAD or 3D drawings from by sample?

Yes. We provide correction and modification services if you want to change the design. Our team has great and experence enginering technologies.

6. How much time do you need to quote?

Usually a quotation for a product is sent in 2 days after we receive enquiry with all the necessary details.

7. How long does it take to have products?

It varies a little depending on product size and complexity of its shape and the quantity. We will give our extact delivery time when you get the quotation.

8. What kind of payment conditions do you accept?

For small order, we accept 100%T/T payment before producing. Total account is under 500USD, Paypal are available; more than 500 USD, wire transfer only.

For a large corporation needing thousands: 40%TT of deposit before producing, and 30% on products trials and 30% before shipping.

9. If you make parts and there are wrong do you refund out money?

If the parts are wrong, we will return your money or we can make correct parts to you again.

10. If parts are marked or dented when they arrivel here in our factory, will you refund our money?

Yes, we will. If parts are damaged because of bad package or other factors, which is our business. So we can refound your money.
