     The general warranty for new products is one year from the customer reveived the machines, don't include the shipping periods. We will pack some Spare parts for free, we afford to the charges of new spare parts and the express within one year. Now, we are planning to build some spare parts warehouse in Europe. We also can send the repair worker to abroad for the after service if the customers need.

Firstly,we have CE,EPA,ROPS,FOPS,TUV,SGS,EMC certificate for all production process,we have standard rules.

Secondly,we have quality control team,two parts,one is in the factory to control producing ,the other is as third

party,inspect the goods for our customers,once everything is ok,our logistics department can book the vessel,then ship it.

Thirdly,we have all detailed records for nonconformity products,then we will make summary according to these

records,avoid it happen again.

Finally,we do observe the relevant codes of conduct &laws from government in environment human rights and

other aspects like no children labor,no prisoners labor and so on.
