1.The basic principle of Cassava flour extraction:
Cassava flour processing is a physical separation process which makes the flour separated from the cellulose, protein,inorganic salt and other material in the cassava raw materials. Because of starch is not soluble in cold water and has different specific gravity with water, special machinery equipments and water can be used for separating starch from starch slurry, and finally achieving the purchase of recycling starch.
Process flow:
The cassava flour production line adopts wet process in the production process, without any additives through the whole process. flour production process is designed for six sections which are cleaning-Pulverizing-screening-concentrating and refining-dehydration-drying. Specially,the equipment which is used for the pulverizing section and screening section gains a national patent of China. This device is named” curved mesh extrusion pulverizing machine”.
