6.Fixed Chute

Most alluvial gold mine are using Fixed Chute for roughing.

 Fixed Chute are simple design, no need for power, big capacity,

for coarse granule, big concentration ratio, easy maintain and easy use.

But high strength work are for sluice cleaning. Fixed Sluice can do nothing

for fine gold. Generally, fixed sluice gold recover rate is lower than 50%.

 

7.Shaking Chute

Due to high recover rate and low price, fluctuate sluice is more and 

more popular   in gold mining market. More and more gold mining 

company disuse old fixed sluice, and buy fluctuate sluice.  

 

8.Centrifugal separator is a important part in the set alluvial gold equipment.

Centrifuge is kind centrifugal concentration equipment. It can be used not only

for placer gold mining, but also for hard rock mining to recover the natural gold,

replacing amalgamation.It is also used to recover gold from the old tailing.

9.Shaking Table 

6-S shaking table with high rich ore ratio, high efficiency, easy to adjust stroke.

Changing transverse slope and   stroke is still  keep the surface of bed movement

balance, spring is placed in the casing, compact structure, and can, in turn, the final  

 concentrate and tailings in the end.

Make the gold heat up quikly through medium frequency induction to melt.
