Principle
Vertical feeder
Powder shape material was sent into main feeder by vibration hopper, material will be degassed on the function of main feeder stirring screw, then put to the roller. Two roller rotating and press the powder to compact material piece. Material piece will drop to the sieve after leave, and remain material piece will be scraped down by scraper. After sieving, finished granule could be gotten, sieved fine powder will be sent back for circulation granulating.
Summary
GZL dry granulator is mainly used the process of dry extruding granulating, it could compress the raw material which water content less than 10% from powder to tablet, then after crushing, granulating and sieving, finally make the granules.
The dry granulator is mainly being adapt outer pressure, enforce the raw material pass through the small gap between two rotating roller wheel and become tablet. In the way of pressing, practical density of raw material could be 1.5-3 times than usual and could meet the need of strength..
