Introduction of the wet pan mill:

Wet pan mill working principle:
1.Firstly the motor will transmit the motive power to reduction gears,under the drive of reduction gears it
passing through large vertical spindle,then the power cabient transfers to above whippletree.
2.The whiffletree pulls the two runner wheels rotation,runner wheels not only revoluting around
the large vertical spindle but also could retating by themselves.
3.After adding into grinding materials, the materials are under the extrusion of grinding roller weight to revoluting and rotating
with runner wheels,when twisting form huge friction force with grinding base. And after suffering
repeated extrusion, the materials can be crushed thoroughly.
Wet pan mill selection method and technology for gold ore selection
1.After installation and debugging ,add about 5kg mercury in the bottom of the wet pan mill ,then start the wet pan mill to work normally.
2.Collect the gold sand every shift,when hand over to the next shift,add 1kg mercury to collect the gold sand and mercury in the bottom of the pan mill,pur the mercury in the gold instrument ,use the high density red cloth to pack out the mercury,open the red cloth,the rest is gold sand.
3.Add 1 kg mercury when every shift start working. Put the catch gold carpet ,and pur mercury plate ,then can collect gold.

5.After the grinding process, the monomers are taken to the upper surface of the pulp and discharged through the overflow outlet of the water basin. Meanwhile, the coarse ores sink to the bottom of grinding base, being grinded continuously till they reach the required fineness.
6.The screening mesh set up at the overflow outlet of the water basin classifies the ore fineness strictly to avoid the over-grinding and uneven fineness, which helps create better condition for next working process.
