Limestone grinding ball mill plant with dust collector :

Our limestone ball mill use antifriction bearing to take the place of the sliding bearing in order to reduce the force of friction, and make it more easy to be easy-start and energy-saving.

Limestone mill design the discharge end as a cone, which can increase volume and classify steel balls in the cone. The shorter it nears to discharge end, the smaller diameter of steel balls are. The function of repeated grinding rises, and the fine degree of material is accordingly increased.

Lime mill adopts grooved annular liner. It can not only increase the touch surface of the steel ball and the materials but also enhance the grinding function and reduce the power it need.

Lime mill adopts overall frame, which is convenient to civil construction and equipment installation.

Limestone ball mill working principle:

The material spirally and evenly enters into the first warehouse of the ball mill along the input material hollow axis by input material device. In this warehouse, there is a ladder scale board or ripple scale board, and different specification steel balls are installed on the scale board. When the barrel body rotates and then produces centrifugal force, at this time, the steel ball is carried to some height and falls to grind and strike the materials. After being grinded coarsely in the first warehouse, the material then enter into the second warehouse for regrinding with the steel ball and scale board. In the end, the power is discharged by output material board and the end products are competed.
