The log chipper consists of the body, knife roller, upper and lower feed rollers , conveyor belts, hydraulic systems and other components. Body is made of high strength steel welded together, the whole machine is supporting foundation. Knife roller is installed on two or three , four throwing knives, knife with a specially manufactured bolts through the pressure block , knife and fixed knife roll. According to different thicknesses of cutting raw material , the feed roller assembly can make use of the hydraulic system to fluctuate within a certain range. Cutting down passing through the sieve holes flakes falling from the bottom of the discharge , the large flakes in the machine for cutting.

The log chipper hydraulic system: the pump is supplied to the fuel tank , you can start cover for easy blade replacement ; maintenance can be looked at on a feed rollerassembly , easy to adjust the cutter, knife at the end of the gap and the comb plate disassembly.
