Puff corn snack food equipment adopt corn, rice, wheat, oat, barley etc as ingredients to make puffed snack. Through friction of screw and barrel, the grains are cooked in the extruder. Forming is at the die face cutter. The product shape is determined by a combination of the die aperture, including ball, tube, stick, ring, fruit loop, star, wheel and flower etc.

Mixer Function and Features:

Mixer makes the raw material which adding water and liquid chemical additive fully mixed equally. the machine mixes the flour and prepares them ready to be used in the next step.
1. Surface which touches mixer and raw material adopt stainless steel;the mixer is easy to operate it.
2.The discharge hole adopts the new handle-opened design, good seal and avoids leaking the material
3. we can choose different install powder mixer to meet the extruder capacity require.

1.This part that contacts material adopts the stainless steel material and advanced surface spraying .It avoids the material pollution and equipment cohering

Double screw food extruder Features:

1. Alloy (38CrMoAL) screw made by nitriding process, high strength and wear-resting. Self-cleaning ability, no need to discharge or clean the barrel and screw when roasting or replacing of materials.
2. Adopting speed-adjusted converter on feeding system, extrusion system and cutting system. Food grade stainless steel twin screw feeding machine, stable materials feeding in the whole food process.
3. Gearbox with automatic lubrication function, extending gear life.
