Description

Hammer mills are especially suited for grinding dry and crisp materials such as grains, straws, papers, raw ingredients containing proteins, and other materials which hardness less than HRC10, and specific gravity below 3g/cm³.

In motor or engine driven 22kw 30hp multifunctional hammer mill, freely suspended hammers rotate at high speed inside the grinding chamber. Depending upon the components being ground down, several groups of hammers can be used. The centrifugal force produced by the rotating hammers crushes the product into smaller particles. The screen surface and perforations determine the capacity, quality and effectiveness of the screening process.

Why call it Multifuctional?

Besides a hammer mill of itself, there is an extra hopper and blade, which can be used as a mini chaff cutter. This blade is working at the same time when hammer mill shaft is rotating.

Push stalks of corn, wheat or other long stem straws, you will get regular size of chaffs, without buying one more chaff cutter at all.
