The features of the quartz sand dryer machine:
1. Quartz sand dryer has a strong capacity of anti-overload. It can dry a lot with few fuel consumption and drying cost.
2. It chooses the downstream method for drying, that is the smoke and wet materials inter into the dryer in the same entrance and get a high evaporation. But the temperature of the exit of the dryer is low. Therefore, it has a high efficiency of heating.
3. It can change the Parameters according to different quality of the materials so as to form a stable full section in the cylinder of the dryer and make a fuller change for materials and heat.
4. It has new equipment for giving and excreting materials. As a result, it avoids the phenomenon of plug, discontinuous and back of materials giving. It also light the burden of the dust eliminating system.
