Pellet machine is the process of making waste materials into solid fuel. The objects are used for burning

purposes. The pellet can be made from any type of agro-forestry waste: groundnut shell, sugarcane

bio-gases, caster shells/stalk, saw dust, coffee husk, paddy straw, sunflower stalk, cotton stalks, and

Chipping Section	If the clients raw materials are wood logs,we suggest you use wood chipper,but please kindly note it,your raw materials max diameter must be allowed by our wood chipper max diameter(from 23cm to 35cm),it grind the wood logs into wood chips
Grinding Section	The hammer mill is the main machine in grinding section,it grinds the wood chips,small wood waste(Size:303010mm) into wood sawdust (5mm-8mm),if your raw materials are EFB,coconut shell,packed straw stalk etc.,you could use the composite crusher or stump crusher to crushing your raw materials
Screening Section	Rotary screener used for screening the small wood blocks in the wood sawdust,usually, the clients raw materials are wood sawdust,after the screening,the raw materials could be processed the wood pellets directly
Drying Section	For making pellets,the suitable moisture for raw materials are 15%,if your raw materials are not in this range,you need the dryer to dry the raw materials. [ROTEX MASTER]rotary dryer has the wide market in Southeast Asia,Europe.
Pelletizing Section	The biomass wood pellet machine is an efficient biomass pellet making machinery,the pellets standard as follows: 1.the wood pellet diameter 4-12mm wood pellets , usually 6mm for Europe, 8 mm for Korea and 8-10mm for china. the pellet diameter and length can be adjusted according to your demand . 2. pellet moisture is 8%-10%, 3. density >1.1, completely satisfy DIN standard
Cooling Section	Cooling section is one of the most sections in the wood pellet production line,because the wood pellets temperature from wood pellet machine is 80-90 ℃,the clients could choose the counter flow cooler and cooling silo for cooling wood pellets,after the cooling,the wood pellets have good density and beautiful surface,improve selling
Screening Section	The vibrating screener used for screening the good pellets and bad pellets
Packing Section	The packing machine has two types,one is packing range 5-50kg/h, another is LCS-MT,you could choose any type of them according to your actual requirements
