Grinding Section.

Rotex small hammer mill is a special equipment for crushing corn,soybean,wheat,bran,grass etc. into powder,the finished powder size could be adjusted between 5-8mm,the hammer mill itself include fan blower,it blowing powder into cyclone,the discharging from it.

Mixing Section.

Rotex vertical mixer used for mixing different raw materials,usually,when customer feed pellet line capacity below 1000kg,we recommend vertical mixer for customer,it is easy to operate,very convenience.

Pelletizing Section.

Rotex YSKJ series feed pellet machine mainly used for producing animal feed pellets,the pellets size 2-6mm.

Work Principle:there are roller assembly and flat die in the pellet machine,the materials feeding into pelletizing room,the roller assembly rotate,then the materials compressed by roller assembly,the pellets shaped,discharging from the hole of die.

Packing Section.

Rotex automatic packing machine mainly used for packing feed pellets or biomass fuel pellets into bags,the packing range from 5-50kg per bag.

Electric Control System.
