I. The brief description of wood chipper

♦ The disc type wood chipper is one professional machine for producing high quality wood chips. It's applicable to paper mill, shaving board factory, fibreboard factory and other wood chips processing machinery.
It can cut the round raw wood into uniform length and thickness, flat incision wood chips.

♦ The large type disc wood chipper can with belt pulley drive or direct-connected drive, the feeding can be level or incline, the output port can be above or bottom. The disc type wood chipper machine can be with capacity from 2~160m3 per hour.

♦ The disc type wood chipper consists of mainframe,seat, cutter disc, feed inlet port, shell, electric control system, etc.

 II.  Working principle of wood chipper

♦ The raw wood input through feeding port, the wood will be chipped by high-speed revolution cutter, the wood chips will be output by high speed airflow.

♦ The disc type wood chipper can cut the round raw wood less than 200mm, there will be different based on different model machine.
