Floating/sinking fish food making equipment

Description:

1)Along with the development of the society, the feeds for fish,

shrimp, chicken, duck, and pet foods of cats and dogs are in high 

demand currently.  Our company successfully developed series of

 pet food machineries.  The processing line is reasonable in design,

 high automatic. The final products have unique shape and good taste,

 high nutrition, smooth textures. For feeds of fish and shrimp, the 

floating time in water can be adjusted by the extrusion degree.

2)Pet food line mainly use maize, fish powder, meat powder and 

some food additive as main raw material, through mixing, extruding,

 roasting, flavoring to get the final puffed pet food. It can produce

 such as cat food, dog food, fish food, bird food and so on.

corn, wheat, soya bean meal, meat meal,fishmeal, bone meal, vegetable

 fibre etc.

Products:   

It can produce different size of pet food from 0.9mm to 20mm. 

Variety shapes are available by adjusting the mould of the extruder.

Q1: If we buy machines, what is the after-sale service?

buyer’s factory. Offer the trainee program, start the related food 

production as customer request.

Q2: If machines wearable parts need to change, what should we do?

Jinan Eagle Food machinery manufacture will offer the wearable 

parts all the time. And offer the on-line video instruction for the 

operation.

Q3: What is the payment term if we want to buy the machines?

Usually it is 30% by T/T; pay the balance by T/T before delivery or

 L/C at sight.
