1. Pellet/ chips/ extruder frying food are produced by single-screw extruder. 

2. The raw material can be potato starch, corn starch, cassava starch, wheat flour, etc. through extruding cooking. 

3. The pellet can be different shapes like shell, spiral, square tube, circle tube, and so on. After drying the pellet need frying to get expanded.

4.we also have screw/shell/bugles crispy food processing line,this process line uses potato starch,corn,cassava starch,wheat flour as materials produced various shapes second inflating food.this line is reasonable design,high automation,extruding parameter exactitude controlled.main extruder has high and low pressure screw,enwide the scope of raw material,reducing processing cost and modify the product quality.main products:screw,shell.round tube,square tube,ring,cartoon shape and sport shape etc.
