This automatical dosing and mixing machine improved the material mixing precision , reduce the labor intensity, cut the stuff cost , improved the working environment , avoid the mistake by stuff in the mixing process and protect the health of operator .
Additive material dosing station
Additive material dosing station adopt loop closed auto weighting system, motor , reduction gearbox , inverter driving spiral loader are all controlled by computer system, material adopt Toledo weighting sensor .
Main material dosing station
Main material auto weighting dosing system , set on the vacuum tank , weighting with sensor , it can be used to weighting PVC and CaCo3 in 300kgs , operator put the material in 20kgs or 25kgs bags to the hopper , when material cover the material level , push the running button , it can mixing material automatically . if the material inner hopper not enough to mix one pot material , it will alarming to remind operator dosing material ,Auto dosing according to the formula which input to the computer
Powder negative conveyor system
Powder conveyor system and center dust cleaning device adopt computer controlling system powder supplied by computer order
Pipe valve can be opened automatically .
Dust cleaning device
Dust cleaning device is the device to cleaning all the dust during the material mixing process . avoid air pollution .

3.1 WARRANTY PERIOD: 12 MONTHS, STARTING FROM THE FIRST DAY OF RUNNING MACHINES IN CUSTOMER’S WAREHOUSE
3.2 WE SHALL GRANT: SERVICES AND SPARE PARTS, FREE-OF-CHARGE SERVICE THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE EQUIPMENT WARRANTY PERIOD.
4, DELIVERY CONDITIONS:
4.1 DELIVERY CONDITION: FOB QINGDAO PORT. Other terms can be discussed
4.2 DELIVERY TERM: WITHIN 45 WORKING DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF ADVANCED PAYMENT

5.1 INSTALLMENT I: 30% OF TOTAL PAYMENT TO BE PAID AT ADVANCE

6, INSPECTION:
WHEN THE MACHINE FINISHED, THE SELLER SHALL INFORM THE BUYER DOING INSPECTION BEFORE SHIPMENT, THE SELLER GUARANTY GOOD PERFORMANCE OF ALL THE MACHINES.
7, INSTALLATION AND EQUIPMENT COMMISSIONING:
IF THE BUYER REQUIRES, THE SELLER SHOULD SEND TECHNICIAN TEAM TO BUYER’S FACTORY FOR INSTALLATION AND TESTING THE WHOLE LINE, THE SELLER SHOULD INFORM THE BUYER FOR RAW MATERIAL NEEDED AND TOOLS NEEDED BEFORE SENDING THE ENGINEERS.
