1.The new samples will be rebulid for customers if the old samples can not meet the requirements of the drawings or samples from the customers.

2.The qualitified products will be re-sent to the customers if there comes to 5% unqualitified goods in the mass production we send to the customers.

3.Our sales team will answer the complaints from the customers with 12 hours.
