Working principle
The equipment uses dynamic image recognition technology, detects and displays the operation status of hot billet online. Through the camera next to roller collect images into computer, through acceleration module for analog video signal processing and A/D conversion into digital signal. The characteristics of image acquisition to achieve real-time, video input, stereo vision image sequence analysis, moving image display, camera synchronous switching, image processing and video signal synchronization, completely real time transmission and processing effect, meet the technical requirements of the complex. Automatic control device cuts equipment and issues a instructions: pre clamping clampingcutting control signal and so on.

System function
(1)The system adopts an advanced technology of picture processor (non-contact) which can identify the length of hot billet, auto-control the shear of cutting hot billet. Moreover, it could test and show the running state and the speed of pull, at the same time it controls 5 strands casting blank.
(2)The monitor can real-time display the running state of hot billet and related parameters, such as: Each strand billet average casting speed, count and show the number of subsections of each strand, the total cutting root number and total yield of 5 strands.
(3)The operator keyboard or mouse can be used to change the various control parameters, and be able to real-time adjust each strand of fixed length online.
(4)The length software possesses production and management functions, online printing data, including: each class statistical data per day(such as: billet root number, class production etc.)
