2. Flat dripper pipe production line have main advantages as following:

(1). Advanced design for dripper transport and inserting device, can well automatic recognition & transport different type dripper: flat dripper single hole, flat dripper middle hole, flat dripper compensate type, flat dripper double hole. (as show on right pictures)

(2). Screen changer can well clear impurities, for using recycling materials to make pipe production, save product cost.

(3). With our haul-off and Drill device, high-automatic to finish drill single or double hole.

(4). With two position winder, well automatic achieve collect pipe, changing roller.

(5). The distance of dripper can be choose and controlled by PLC system as per customer need

Its forming speed can reach 40 cycles per minute, trimming 160 cycles per minute, and it can process all kinds foaming material and hard

material. One-station thermoforming machine combines forming, punching, and stacking in one machine, which is equipped with 10 to 16 servo motors, and can memorize various kinds of processing parameters. Its forming speed can be 50 cycles per minute. And it can be applied to several kinds of hard material.
