1)Small capacitance type magnetizer: this magnetizer is most suitable for magnetizing Ferrite magnets, small and medium size ALNiCo magnets, rubber magnets, small rare earth magnets, small motors, and loudspeakers. The output voltage of the magnetizer is adjustable and it is error proof even at output short circuit conditions.

2)High current type magnetizer/demagnetizer: this type is featured by its extremely short magnetizing current pulse width, and little heat generation in the magnetizing fixture. lt is the most suitable for magnetizing multi-pole rare-earth (annulus multi-pole and plane multi-pole), motors and brushless motors. The magnetizer is error proof even at output short circuit conditions.

3)Large capacitance type magnetizer/demagnetizer: this type can be used both in magnetizing and demagnetizing permanent magnets simply by switching. They are favorably suitable for magnetizing and demagnetizing magnets with high coercive force materials, such as rare-earth, motors, large loudspeakers and all magnet materials available today. The magnetizer is error proof even at output short circuit conditions.

4)Intelligent defined-value magnetizer/demagnetizer: this magnetizer is treated computer control and measure. lt has function of precise magnetizing, demagnetizing, and reducing magnetism with closed loop control for magnetic pieces, even though magnetic properties are very dispersion, after magnetized, they would be achieved completely uniformity.

5)Automagatic test system for magnetization: this system, composed of magnetizer, computer test system and magnetization device, can completely meet the demands of on line magnetization and test for motor production line. The magnetic field and flux distribution test of motor magnet is finished in the process of magnetization. Meanwhile, the wave-form of magnetic field, strength of surface magnetic field, the max flux, the min flux and the average of flux will be displayed on the screen.

6)Automatic magnetizer for multi-pole magnet: this machine can complete the automatic feed, magnetization and classification test. lt makes labour's complex work easier and avoids the unstable factor. lt's evident that this of machine has superiority in magnetizing multi-pole magnet.
