ZDY/ZSY/ZLY Series Cylindrical Reduction Gearbox

ZY series cylindrical gearboxes are the parallel shaft hard tooth surface gearboxes, which are manufactured according to machinery industry standards (JB/T8853-2001). The ZY series are optimized to reach national advanced level. It includes 4 series of ZDY(1 stage), ZLY(2-stage), ZSY(3-stage), ZFY(4-stage).

ZY series cylindrical gearboxes manufactured as per Chinese national standard have advantages of efficient drive,low noise and big bearing capacity, which are widely used in the fields of metallurgy, mines, hoisting, transportation, cement, architecture, chemical, textile, printing and dyeing, pharmaceutical and so on for their high precision, stable transmission, small volume, high bearing capacity and long life-span. It can perform well under such conditions as circular rotating rate≤2m/s,rotating ratio of high-speed axis≤1500r/min,working temperature of -40–45ºC.Lubricating oil should be preheated in case that the working temperature is below 0ºC.
