Structure characteristics:
60% heat efficiency sawdust dryer is mainly composed of heat source, scattering device, belt feeding machine, feeder, rotary drum, transmission parts, belt discharging machine, fan,, unloader and power distribution cabinet,etc.
Working principle:
In the sawdust dryer, the rotary roller is on the active roller, the active roller through the motor or gearing-down device to drive the rotary cylinder rotating at low speed. A feed inlet is set between the hot air furnace and rotary cylinder. A rotating cylinder is provided with a stir blade. The baffle is arranged between the rotating cylinder and the filter cylinder, it has a small hole, one end of the filtering cylinder is connecting to the rotating cylinder, and the other end is connecting to the conveying pipe of the material. Inside the filter cylinder is provided with a stop block, a slag hole at the bottom of the filter cartridge, a cooling tube is connecting to material conveying pipe through the fan, and the other end of the cooling tube is connecting to the discharge port. When the sawdust is putted into the rotating cylinder, it will be quickly and fully separated and make the moisture evaporate rapidly. The block can separate the impurity from sawdust and ensure the quality.
Performance characteristics:
The biggest characteristic of sawdust dryer is drying intensitystrongly, and it can make the material fast, sufficiently replace the heat exchange medium. The drying time is greatly shortened. small footprint, simple structure, easy to build and easy to maintain which reduce the production cost and maintenance cost.
