Tubular dryer:
Gongyi City Hongyun machinery manufacturing factory has developed the tubular dryer; it is new energy-efficient drying equipment. The materiel is heated by heat pipes in indirect way for drying which is better than the drum dryer. In the process of drying, hot air under the force of induced draft fan get into heat pipe and heating tube wall. At the top of the tubular dryer, the materials enter the inside. Under the force of lifting board, materials can be blew up continuously, and the material across the heat pipe’s gap which will increase the contact area between heat source and material. There have many advantages after using the tubular dryer, such as good color, high quality, no pollution to material, energy conservation and environmental protection. It also can open agricultural markets with lower costs, reducing the pollution of the environment. At present, it can be widely used in: quartz sand, river sand, emery, distillers' soluble, medicine residues, cassava dregs, slag sawdust, sweet potato waste, potato slag and other materials which containing about 85% water.
Structure and working principle of the tubular dryer:
The tubular dryer of Hongyun machinery manufacturing factory is mainly composed of heating source, feeding machine, feeder,revolving roll, discharging machine, induced draft fan, the unloader and power distribution cabinet. The wet material is added in the dryer after dehydration. The lifting board which in the roller turns over the material to make the material have a homodisperse and have a enough contact with the hot air to accelerate the heat transfer and mass transfer. In the process of drying, materials are forced by lifting boards which have some gradientand thermal medium, transferring to the end of the dryer and discharging.
