Process of tire/tyre recycling line

Equipment	Application
Steel ring remover	Pneumatically remove the steel ring in the rubber
Belt conveyor	Convey the pretreated tire into the twin shaft shredder
Twin shaft shredder	Shred the tire into Apr. 50mm lumps

Middle granulator	Make the lumps into smaller pieces and remove some metals with force magnetic device

Last granulator	Make the small pieces into the size suitable for miller
Vibration screen	Separate the remaining metals, fiber and rubber
