This pvc panels production line is our company to absorb the international latest technology, adopt efficient conical twin screw extruder, vacuum calibrating process, used to produce PVC doors and Windows profiles, window sill board, decorative panels or profile etc.The pvc panels production line uses PVC, UPVC as raw materials, production of various kinds of plastic doors and Windows profiles ,ceiling panels,trunking(plastic profiles, decorative profiles or panels etc).

Process flow:

Raw material +wood power+ additive → mixing → conical twin-screw extruder → profile extrusion mould → cool molding die → vacuum calibration support → belt haul-off → cutter → rack → finished product inspecting & packing

1.Conical twin-screw extruder is perfect,with pvc powder or single extruder for granular material.

2.Mould designed by different kinds of profile customer required.
