PVC Roof Tile Production Line is consist of conical twin screw extruder/ die head/Calibration unit/ Chilling unit/Hauling unit/Cutting unit/Stacker. 7. Variable screw-pitch and double-separate structure screw is specially designed for PE. Comprehensive plasticizing element, ensure the plasticizing effects of materials.
8. The water cooling tank has two vacuum chambers which can improve cooling effect .
9. This line includes automatic forced feeding system/conical extruder/die head and mold/calibration unit/chilling unit/hauling unit/cutting unit/stacker .
